Workshop on Automation process integration, control and inspection issues for ceramic 3D structuring

Recent developments in innovative automation issues of technologies developed within the Multilayer project such as laser structuring, punching, embossing and inmould labelling will be presented. Associated process control methods and inspection via optical tools for determining the generated embedded 3D structures of Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems (MEMS) will be also described. The workshop will include oral presentations. Each participant will be allowed 30 minutes per presentation including questions/comments.
