Call for papers to this symposium which takes place at the 35th ASME INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MICRO- AND NANO-SYSTEMS within the IDETC2011 - 2011 ASME International Design Engineering Technical Conferences, August 28-31, 2011, Washington, DC, USA.

The symposium will provide a forum for the dissemination of fundamental and applied research aspects related to precision manufacturing at micro and nano scales.

Topics of interest include but are not limited to: micro manufacturing machines and/or processes, development of fabrication, metrology and integration technologies associated with fine feature manufacturing and/or their applications in microsystems-based products.
